Mr. "Jack" Rabbit has arrived!! Also, a "grubby" candle re-do!

Hi Blogger Friends!
I have something new to show you!
This is my very first prim handmade soft-sewn item I've ever ordered!
His name is Mr. "Jack" Rabbit and he was made by Tammy
over at "Rock River Stitches" Blog.......she did such an awesome job and was so nice
to work with!
She really has an eye for details....which I dearly love!
Notice his little quilted pack complete with his own little carrots on both sides!!
She has several other really adorable hand-mades on her Blog and Etsy sites.....I already have my eye on the little bird pinkeep in blue with the strawberry in it's beak! Too cute!
I told her I would post Mr. "Jack" Rabbit on my blog as soon as I got our cannery cabinet arranged.....
Here is the link to her blog......http://rockriverstitches.blogspot.com/
Thank you again and nice job, Tammy!!!

How do you think it all looks? This is a very lovely piece of furniture with so much storage!
There is a "hidden" lid where the crocks are that lifts for a nice area for storing whatever!
Then the doors open and you guessed it......more storage!
Plus the three drawers open and they are really good sized drawers....
We have an order for a piece like this to go to Ohio in August.....If anyone else would like to purchase a piece like this or any of our other furniture pieces from our Picture trail site....
Please e-mail us at: backwoods.primitives@gmail.com maybe we can even deliver it to ya!!!

Remeber this.???....I paid $5.99 for it and the candles at a thrift store recently.....

I wanted to "grubby" up the candles and this is how they turned out!
I really like them!
So what do you blog pals think????

Mr. "Jack" Rabbit is cute. He looks great sitting on the cabinet. And I love the sugar mold. What did you do to grubby up the candles?
